Over the past you've seen this take shape — the Help Centre, the Knowledge Base, and the new Warranty Ticket system.
Mars Owner Care continues that work, giving you a dedicated channel for the things that sit outside warranty.
This is part of a bigger commitment and every part of Mars is being looked at, refined, and improved. You'll see more of this as we go.
Mars Owner Care is your space to:
- Share feedback on your Mars Caravan experience
- Submit ideas for new features or improvements
- Lodge a complaint
Got a warranty issue? Use the Warranty department instead so it's logged against your claim and the right team picks it up.
How to use it
- Start a new ticket as you normally would
- At the top of the form, click the Department dropdown and select Mars Owner Care
- Then click Classification and choose the option that best matches your enquiry (feedback, feature idea, question, or complaint)
- Fill in the rest of the form and submit
That's it. One of our team will be in touch.
