What Happens Between Order and Pickup

Here's the full sequence — so you know what you're waiting on, and when:

1. Quote & Negotiation — we confirm spec, options and price.
2. Initial Deposit — $1,000 (or full 10%) to secure your place in the build queue.
3. Build Deposit — full 10% paid. Now it's a confirmed sale and the order goes to production.
4. Order Placed — your van is queued in the factory build schedule.
5. Van Arrived & In Production — chassis and shell stage.
6. Production Complete — your van is finished and ready for pre-delivery checks.
7. Payment Complete — final balance settled.
8. Awaiting Pickup & Handover — we book your handover appointment and send your VIN through for insurance.
9. Delivered — you take the keys and we run through the 2-hour handover.

What Affects Wait Time

• Spec complexity — heavily-optioned builds take longer than standard spec.
• Time of year — winter and pre-Christmas runs are busier as people get ready for summer travel.
• Supplier components — occasionally a specific accessory or appliance has a longer supplier lead time.

If You Need a Van Sooner

Two options worth asking about:

• Stock vans — finished builds sometimes available without a wait. Spec is what's already built — can't be changed.
• Clearance Vans — we do have vans that have been demo or older models that may suit what you're after. Worth asking.

Once your order is placed, you don't disappear into a black hole. You can track your vans progress from our website giving you ETA's and delivery estimation. You also get automated build-stage emails as your van moves through production giving you a snap-shot of the general build stages.
